The Clan Restaurant
Located on Level 2 of PoMo Mall in Dhoby Ghaut, The Clan Restaurant is handsomely appointed and elegantly finished to evoke the feel of a private dining club. Its dominant presence commands respect and invokes a sense of mystery to those beyond its walls. Upon entering the glass doors, the interiors are smart, sophisticated and a little posh. Tasteful and easy on the eye, it is contemporary, modern and comfortable with mood lighting and soft jazz setting the tone of its generous space of 3,500 sq ft in the main dining room. Including the private dining room (which seats 28 guests) at the rear, the whole restaurant seats 100 guests comfortably.
Keeping up with the swanky pace, the cuisine is decidedly Modern European with updated contemporary classics. Having set the tone from the start in 2012, these refined roots still hold sway with the new culinary team led by Executive Chef Eddie Chan, Head Chef John Ng and Pastry Chef Guang. With their combined training and experience of having worked in top hotels and restaurants in both Singapore and abroad, the culinary standards at The Clan will rise to new heights.
